Jim McDonald
Making my first 3d sign for my son's wedding. This is few of the 1/2" poplar letter I have cut on my new Pegas saw with #3MGT Pegas blades. These will be painted high gloss black and glued to a weathered oak panel. Big thanks to @Denny Knappenfor getting me in line to get a saw during the winter. The quarter is for sizing. dgman
Nice work so far Jim! Looking forward to seeing the completed project. How do you like the Pegas saw? I received mine in March, ordered from Denny. Having used DeWALT saws for over twenty years, it took a little effort to get used to the Pegas, but now that I’ve got the hang of it, I love it! I am the same way. Even though I had Pegas clamps on Old Yeller, there was/is adjustment to the new clamps. Threads seem to be tighter making them a bit harder to turn. Denny Knappen
Glad you like the new saw. Yes it takes a little time to get used to the workings. The letters turned out great. Nice clean cuts. danny and Jim McDonald 1
FrankEV
Very well cut! Doing a great job on the new Pegas saw. Me, I do not like cutting block font like that. Jim McDonald
