New WEN Scroll Saw?

It looks like a decent entry into the market. Scrolling is becoming a much bigger hobby and we may see more new products coming out. I've not heard much negativity toward the brand. If I were shopping for a saw I might give this one a hard look.

It looks like it takes both pinned and pinless blades. The adapter uses a thumb screw.  Unique design allows blade to be installed in 2 directions. ???
I’m sorry, but I think is in the same class as every pinned blade saw.

I'm not sure you're seeing the same saw as the rest of us.. There is no adapters for pinned blades.. The upper and lower arms are made just like a DeWalt.. I'm not sure you could use pinned blades on it. It is designed a lot like a DeWalt / Delta

The clamps look just like stock DeWALT clamps, which do not take pin end blades. The main thing I don’t like is the dust collection system. It has doors you have to open to access the lower blade clamp. Also, it has a flat steel table. On the DeWALT and Delta saws, the tables are cast iron which helps dampen vibration. I have noticed on my Pegas saw which has a steel table, has a little more vibration at certain speeds than any of the three DeWALT saws I have owned. The vibration isn’t critical, but it is there.
Hopefully our good buddy Steve Good will do a review on it.

Yeah that's why I said it reminds me of a DeWalt / Delta / Excalibur. Has the style look of a DeWalt and the locking pin for the upper arm of the Delta and the table similar to the Excalibur, LOL

Does also look like a lot of table in front of the blade.. Something I disliked a lot on my Excalibur but have grown kind of used to to now.

That is NOT the one I saw.
