Dave Monk Posted June 18, 2021 Report Share Posted June 18, 2021 I've made a lot of these name puzzles. I usually set my saw at a 4 degree angle so the letters go in easier. I also paint the backer letter space the same colour as the letters. FrankEV Posted August 11, 2021 Report Share Posted August 11, 2021 I beleive any good quality brand of a gloss enamel is considered safe for children these day since lead is no longer use in paints. A good primer and then paint with multiple coats will give a hard, safe mouthable coating.
