Pretty well tore it up trying to get it apart. I was able to salvage the top and bottom and at least I noticed my screw up before I spent the time finishing it. If the second attempt is a nice as the first, it is a beautiful piece and great cutting. Those though mortisis are clean and neat. Great work. Be careful what you say...I might just do that sometime I passed through your neighborhood last Sunday. We had been down in the Rio Grande Valley seeing friends and looking for a place to buy. Went through that mess of a construction zone on I-35W and on north. We miss living in the RGV and want to move back.
