Very nice Frank!  Clean cutting for sure, but the coloration and presentation make it stand out!

I have tried spiral blades but have not had any success with them.

Best wishes for your knee surgery.  Does the pink panther have any connection to knees?

There is a significan learning curve for using spiral blades.  However, once "mastered" you won't go back to flat blades for most fretwork.

The PP has nothing to do with my knee.  Just wanted to do a quick, easy, fun cut within the short time I had left before I'm off the saw for some time after surgery.

Hi Frank:
You probably know this but I'm going to tell you anyway:
After your surgery, listen to what the doctors tell you.
It may be a P.I.T.A. to do the exercise/therapy everyday
but it the long run you will up and running in no time -
A few of my friends had surgery and thought they knew a better/faster way of healing
they quickly found out that they were so wrong
Good Luck, see you when you get back on your leg (feet)
Oh yeah, PP looks great. well done

Love the PP! Well done. I am curious though. Could you elaborate on the equipment/method you use to make the frames? They always look good and I'd like to try it.

Good luck on the surgery. Hope all goes well!

fantastic job, good luck with your knee surgery. Keep up with the therapy, I had my left knee done last August. They had me doing the therapy at home. It started a month before the operation and continued for 12 weeks after the surgery. I was sure glad I did it, the knee is almost 100% now.
