That is a Wildwood Designs plan. Wildwood has merged with Cherry Tree Toys. You can find it in Mechanized plans.

Well, thanks everybody. But, after review, I see that thing is 24" and I don't have that big of shop so it's off the table.

Could you scale it -50% ?? Maybe a bit finicky then ?

Copy at 66% and it is only 16" .

That's true but the mechanicals have to be miniaturized also. More trouble than I want to deal with.
