Popular Post Wichman
I wanted a unique name for these; My first name is Wichita, I named my business Wich and Wynn's Wonders (my ex-wife's name is Wynn), I shortened it to Wich's Wonders after the divorce. So, ta da, I'm going to call them Wich Sticks. These are Al Baggetta patterns; 1 inch square dowel, poplar, dark walnut and cherry stain, #1 polar FD blade. FYI My method of folding a 15" patterns is to use my 18" HF sheet metal brake, works like a charm. The sticks: jr42, danny, lawson56 and 9 others

preprius
expansion thought.... If you make the pointing part of the wand out of acrylic, round OR square you can have the tip light up with a small tiny flashlight in the wooden handle. If you want to keep the wooden pointer "whic" is still nice, then you can get small diameter "side glow fiber optic" and spiral the fiber around the pointer and use an led built into handle. I am thinking those key fobs lights. Mark

I have ten small (just under 1/4") that I can play with. these things are strong, will hold together with your finger in between. A new pattern has a box structure on the end with a rod coming out of it, I'm planning to replace the wood "rod" with a tower crystal. preprius
oh... magnets:) They make small magnet switches. When a magnet gets near them they turn on the switch.
