I thought he was looking for a table with lights in it to make it easy to trace / transfer a pattern onto another sheet. That's what I call a light box. They make small ones about 8 1/2 X 11 and all the way up to huge.

Then there are shadow boxes, and the night lights with patterns on the outside.

Nope, I don't think it is !!!   I just read 'I don't understand what a light box is.'  I didn't put my brain in gear enough to read the whole thread

Shame on some of you guys.  I ask all who replied to reread your posts. Yes none of us likes someone who asks a question and never responds/follows up but we don't know what is happening in their lives.  Maybe their computer crashed or they got sick or had an accident.  After some of the comments made, if I was the user, I would never again visit this site.  Come on folks.  The world is ugly enough without getting ugly to each other on SSV.

Personally, although I had built a lightbox, when my wife bought me a light pad from Amazon with led lights in it, I gave away my home made box. But here is a video of a light box using LED light strips that looks to be a solution fort you building a 3 X 4' light box.

I understand how you feel but I disagree in this situation. This person asked for help but offered no details. We all tried to get to the crux of his plight but got no additional input until near the end of the conversation when he thanked us and made his exit. I'm sorry but that's not how it should be done. He was on the sidelines at least up to that point. Why not answer us when we were trying to help?
