smitty0312 Posted September 20, 2021 Report Posted September 20, 2021 (edited) Prepping our new bathroom door this morning .....it's going to be a sliding door so no door knob key hole needed.....cut a piece of wood to fill in....use paper & pencil to trace over hole(shading) to get rough template.....cut it out on scroll saw (1/4" sanded ply)...I'm happy with it....now I can paint the door.....I use a Wagner Flexio 590 paint sprayer(it handles that thick paint with ease)......barn door hardware will be here later this week.....$53 door from HD Edited September 20, 2021 by smitty0312 Be_O_Be, Dak0ta52, jollyred and 1 other 4 Quote
