Popular Post Jim McDonald
Back in late winter, I said I was going to make a sign for my son's wedding. Knew nothing about making signs, but knew I could cut and paint. My wife thought I was jumping the gun when I started cutting in early spring, but I got this in the store bought frame about a week before my bypass surgery. Less than a month to go before the wedding and I have nothing left to cut for the big day. 16 x 20 oak veneer MDF, poplar of various thicknesses and some 1/8" plywood. Foxfold, meflick, RabidAlien and 15 others

meflick
Beautiful sign and glad you got it done before you encountered your heart troubles. Sometimes we seem to do these things like that. I wonder if we sometimes have a sixth sense of sorts. I am sure your future DIL loves it and you for doing it. wombatie
That is so beautiful. You have done an awesome job. Love the color of the leaves. Marg

Marg I can't take credit for the paint job. Her stepmother is an artist and after I cut the leaves, I turned them over to "the paint department". wombatie

That is their 105# great Dane that thinks it is a lap dog. Almost to scale.
