Popular Post heppnerguy
Here is one that a cousin of mine ordered. She lost a dog that she had for 18 years and ask me to make her a cross for his grave marker. I got a reply from her yesterday that it had indeed gotten delivered and she said it was perfect. I won't argue with the buyer. I made this on out of cedar, as it was going outside and cedar seems to be a wood that is used outdoors and I too am happy with it. meflick
Dick, I don’t see any photo, even if I click on it. This is all I see. Glad it made it there and she found it to be perfect.
FrankEV
I got the photo. Great job. Finished with lots of Poly coats I presume. Cedar is great for outside, but will darken and split if left uncoated.

I really am not very knowledgeable about wood and did not put a finish on it, except for a couple of coats of poly urethane and a coat of wax. I will let her know that I will replace it for free if she finds it is weathering too much. I always give a free replacement guarantee if a replacement is needed and she knows that.
