Made from box store 1x4x5' boards. the plans call to paint on the eyes and nose and buttons, but I have made 3 of these, and I just cut them from some scrap 1/8" thick ply. The flowers are hot glued on, and the scarves and bandanas are stapled on. Smiles are painted on, then the whole thing got a couple light coats of satin clear spray paint.
