I got an old knock off that is way better then my real Dremel. I stack 2 1/4 BB and use #66 on low speed and it doesn't bog. I'll be sad when it dies. It's got over 15000 holes so far Edited November 10, 2021 by Woodrush OCtoolguy
Roberta Moreton
I bought the Seyco Scrollers drill. Easy to use. Even for the smallest drill bits. OCtoolguy

WolfmoonCT
I use a #64 drill bit for all my work. I use this little chuck https://mikesworkshop.com/collections/accessories/products/mini-drill-chuck-with-4-collets but I cut that long shaft off, and just chuck up the solid part. But I almost always use a #2/0R blade. If I go bigger, I have another of those little chucks with a 1/16" drill bit in it, but I really only find myself using it for drilling for the final outside cut, or for a cut if I'm cutting like 3/4" ply for silhouette shapes that will be painted.
