Popular Post John B
G'day all, The kids stuck their "baubles" on the tree today. I cut the circles and painted them white and the kids decorated them. They used hot melt glue, so I will have to place a screw in each one to stop them falling of. Would of used super glue but I reckon we would of ended up with a few nippers stuck to tree amongst the decos The local Men's shed made 14 trees from ply and gave one to each school to decorate and paint. May add a little tinsel, we'll see what the boss thinks. Scrappile, Foxfold, smitty0312 and 24 others

We had about 6 kids from each class place X number of "Baubles" on the tree. I had to go around, on Thursday, and put a screw in everyone as the kids were a bit slow and the hot-melt glue had started to cool on 90% of the "Baubles" before they got them stuck. As I was wheeling it into the undercover area they dropped like autumn leaves wombatie

WE got it back from the Council, after the street party and surprise, surprise it was still intact I will now just add some aluminium angle around the bottom of the base as it was chipped out from where it had been dragged, and some casters under it. It can than be used by the school every year.
