Dust Free Sanding

Came across this today on making a small dust vac table. With this container technique any size 'table' could be made. Could be a large unit or made table size with a large container. This can be down loaded into a pdf file by signing up. RJF

Thanks for showing this.. I really want to build something for sanding.. I've long debated getting a "good" dust vacuum and orbital sander.. hard to swallow the price of some of these units but I'm getting fed up with the sanding dust spewing dust out the side of it instead of going into the onboard filter canister that it's supposed to do. My first Bocsh sander was the best at filtering this dust.. but it crapped out.. I bought a Baer brand one from HF and it spewed the dust out worst than I'd ever seen so I bought a refurbished Bocsh worked pretty good for a couple months.. but started doing the same thing. I've blown air hose through it, took it apart and I can't seem to find where the issue is.. Sanding is where I get the majority of my dust from.. and I'm quite tired of it getting over everything in the shop.
