Denny Knappen Posted January 6, 2022 Report Posted January 6, 2022 Super job with the acrylic paint. Quote
FrankEV Posted January 6, 2022 Report Posted January 6, 2022 (edited) Welll done and the color adds a nice touch, S. Good offers a lot of cute patterns. But here is my problem: What would I do with projects like this Wishing well? I don't do craft fairs or sell on line, and it would not be considered Fine Art at the Galery Co-op I belong to. Also, it is not something I would display in my own home (already have toooooo many pieces hanging on my walls) and I don't have anyone who needs a gift like this. So, I'm interested to know why you decided to make them and what do you plan to do with them? Edited January 6, 2022 by FrankEV Quote
Charlie E Posted January 7, 2022 Report Posted January 7, 2022 I think they're cool Danny! Maybe you could use them to wish people would be kind. Good job. Wichman, danny and Foxfold 3 Quote

heppnerguy Posted January 9, 2022 Report Posted January 9, 2022 I often cut things becasue they appeal to someone else or I would not have wanted to bother with them. then, sometimes something is a little different and catches my eye and I just have to cut it for no particular reason. Everyone has their own tastes and some like puzzles and toys. I have done both and am finding out that the toys, which I really do not like much myself, happen to turn out to be some of the items I enjoy most to make and the receivers seem to like them a lot, even if I am not too crazy about them myself. danny Posted January 9, 2022 Author Report Posted January 9, 2022 Thank You Again to Everyone for their comments. I forgot to mention that the Wishing Well that Is Not Red was done using the Paints, but drectly after painting I rubbed most off with a wet paper towel. Giving it a Stained look. Anyway thanks Dick for expressing your likes. Danny :+} Quote
