Popular Post jamieline
I started making these for apprentice lineworkers once they completed their training (4 years) and became journey level lineworkers. I retired back in September and didn't wnat to leave out apprentices that I hired and started their training while I was still there. I plan on still making them as workers complete their training. May not be able to give in person but hope they like them. meflick, heppnerguy, Dave Monk and 19 others
FrankEV
Very nice and very thoughtful. I'm positive they will be liked a lot! Back in the early 1960's I was hired by the Long Island Lighting Company (Long Island, NY) and was required to join the IBEW but it was on the clerical side of the company, so not a very active Union. The IBEW for the field side (linemen and the like) were the strong active union that got us all our benefits...whatever they got we got!!! Eventhough I moved into management later in my carreer, in my retirement since 1996, I'm still enjoying the benefits that I receive that was the actual result of being an IBEW member. danny and heppnerguy

Joe W.
Handmade for a very hands-on job. Considering the training time to become a journey line worker I'm sure they will really enjoy it. Well done. danny

heppnerguy
I love it when I find someone in an occupation where I can make an appreciation plaque for them. Great idea and such a memorable reward for their achievement from you Dick heppnerguy
