Was wondering the same thing as Berry. The texture in the beard really makes it pop. Great job. That would look good as a topper on my WELCOME sign.

That is Decoart Snow Writer. Got at local Michael's. Recommended by a member. All my gnomes will get new beards.

Great idea on how to do snow and the beard.  

I have done Christmas gnomes and the recent Valentine gnomes.  I now see that gnomes have a year-round presence.
