Popular Post spirithorse
Greetings! Here is a Dragon Sword that I cut for my grandson. He was born in the Year of the Dragon in the Chinese Zodiak. On the back of the small shield, I typed some of the characteristics of the Chinese Dragon. lucky numbers, lucky colors and a Chinese symbol that says Dragon. I don't believe in astrology or most of these items like the Chinese Zodiak but, I thought it was a fun little project and should entertain him and his parents. Ironically, Steve Good called his pattern a Dragon Slaying Sword but, I have represented it as a symbol of the Chinese Dragon birth year. Nothing to brag about but, shown here for your amusement or critique. God Bless! FrankEV
Very nice, your grandson will love it, I'm sure! Would love to be able to see it in more detail, but when the pic is clicked on it opens in the same size as the one in the post. Don't know why this happens to some posters. I crop and save my pics in Photos, Then I just drag and drop ihem into the post. When the pic is clicked on in the posts it opens full size in a separate window.. Much easy to see the detadils. spirithorse
Thanks for the kind comments. @FrankEV , Here are a couple close ups, front, back, and side view, I am going to add wooden balls the holder to make it look a bit better and also hold the sword with no chance of it sliding off.
