A couple of years ago @OCtoolguy posted a box similar to this that I really liked so I have had to make a few. I used sapele and maple with velvet drawer inserts.

Thanks. I mess up on the top and didn't get the grain lined up with the design. I don't think most people with notice but I sure did after the fact.

Yes another pleasing project.

Great contrasting maple trim.  

And i can not find the grain issue.

I guess I need a trained eye.

Yours was awesome with the intarsia flower on top. I didn't want to be a total copy cat.

Showed your box to my wife. She wanted me to tell you that she thought you did it on purpose.  Because it looks so good. She is a much better artist than I am for sure. The top draws eye to bottom.  No mistakes in art lol

I got the basic design from @OCtoolguy but put my own spin on it.
