preprius
Hmmm, A good choice of patterns. A nice detailed wolf. You want me to imagine splinters. A wooden wolf biting you. Me. John B
Very nice Eric. Charles Dearing does some nice and some complex patterns. We all do silly things. Only a few weeks ago I went to move one of my tissue boxes, forgetting, or more likely my head was somewhere else, that I had only polished it a few minutes ago and the lacquer was still wet OCtoolguy

WayneMahler
Beautiful work. Rest assured your in good company. We all made mistakes or had mishaps. Just grin and bear it and start again. After about 8 hours cutting I dropped my project and watched it go into a million little pieces. A dust pan can be your friend. Joe W.
I've read that: "Learning takes place when there is a change in behavior". I'm betting the whole pot you will never do that again! John B and OCtoolguy

wombatie
I have done a lot of foolish things in my time but that is not one of them. Always better to laugh at yourself and start again. Great result and a great cutting. Now put it somewhere safe. Marg danny, OCtoolguy and John B
Dak0ta52
I think something similar happens to all of us. I have spent several hours cutting a double stack piece today when I decided to sand some of the burrs of the back. When I flipped it over I realized some of the fragile lettering had torn out. If it had been one or two pieces I would have tried to find the pieces and repair them but there were probably half a dozen and I had already vacuumed earlier. Regardless, Eric. You cutting is great. You've come a long way in a short time! OCtoolguy and danny
Eric67
There's more serious a piece of broken wood, each one knows that, I laugh but next time I'll be careful Merci à tous OCtoolguy and Dak0ta52
Blaughn
Three things I love about scrolling: 1. Producing works of art (at least in my eyes) 2. It reinforces, sometimes painfully, that I am not perfect! 3. I forget what the third thing is ............ Scroll on, Eric. Scroll on!!!
