DonR Posted October 20, 2011 Report Posted October 20, 2011 Hello, I am new to this forum but have been scrolling off and on for about five years. I bought my scroll saw initially to help me to cut out blanks for carving. I have also done a few ornamental things and a few portraits for family and friends. I am currently trying to learn the art of pattern making and am having some success but still need more practice. I am retired and live on the beautiful Cumberland Plateau near Crossville TN. Most of my spare time is used carving hiking staffs and walking sticks but I hope to be spending more time scrolling. I will be hanging out in the pattern requests section where I hope to get more practice in pattern making. Don R Quote
