chippygeoff
Hi Everyone. Being a newbie to scroll sawing I am on here a lot asking questions and I am very grateful for the help and advice you more experienced scrollers have given me. Another question. On my DeWalt 788 I have 1mm of play between the blade clamp and the arm. I would like to know if this is correct or should it be tight, there are two allen bolts holding the clamp to the arm. many thanks. Geoff. Marshall
I would try some cuttings before I made any ajustments to anything on the saw first . the main thing is to have a small 2" square to set on the table to show weather the blade is true and go from their .........my thoughts -- go and try to make some saw-dust and examine your finished product ........my Dewalt has pretty much been maintence free so far .........
