redwine
Jim, if it wasn't for the fact that everyone knows you and that all of your projects are indeed cut with a scroll saw, it would be very hard to believe that you are not using a laser to produce these beautiful plaques! The cutting is absolutely perfect! I have been doing this hobby since 2005 and have yet been able to turn out letter cutting any thing like this! At times I come close until I take a closer look! You are the master with the steel brush! Erv danny and FrankEV

Two things that have helped me, using thicker wood (If I tried to cut this in 1/4" stock, it would be a disaster) and a good magnifier light. A lot of things get hidden in the pictures, even though I don't to any retouching of them. Anyway, thanks for the kind words. amazingkevin

By steel brush, I meant that as cutting with the blade and the results looking like being painted with a paint brush! My sister was a born artist so I just picked up that term for what I do and the excellent cuttings of other scrollers.
