Dan
Love the raven! Now, add a backer paper and box it in to create a nightlight. I did this with a Steve Good pattern. John B, heppnerguy, ChelCass and 1 other
FrankEV
The Eagle is by Janevski. In the original, the image is actually rotated about 45 degrees (tail up). I posted the Reven in PDF format on New Pattern announcements. Great cutting on both. ChelCass
I love the eagle. I really like the idea of boxing in the Raven. Both are beautifully done. Thanks for sharing. danny
danny
Thank All.... Yes Frank as I read your post the light of seeing your post came to mind. Well to late to have it in a Slow Dive downwards, so will just have to assume he is just Flying. Tks for your ALL YOUR Comments Danny :+}
preprius
I like both. The american eagle is eye catching. The moon as background always is great. I do enjoy looking through a telescope at the moon stars and sky. Sometimes I see birds fly and block the moon. Probably owls. Anyway the feathers and eye cut details make the project so much better. John B
Both are very nice Danny. I do love the crow. I had a pattern in mind the other day and wondered how it would look with the face black and the backer light. You have answered that question. With the right picture... fantastic. danny
heppnerguy
I enjoyed both projects. Always good seeing what people are doing in their shops. Thanks for posting so that I too can view it. Dick heppnerguy danny

Frank, I have searched and searched for the PDF that you mentioned and I can't find it. Is it possible for you to send me Janevski's website of contact information so that I can purchase a pattern? I would love to make a few of the pattern to donate to our local VFW's and DAV organizations. Dick

He has shared a number of patterns that can be found in our pattern Library here. It is in the animal subcategory. Frank posted the actual pattern above but it can be found in the library here: https://www.scrollsawvillage.com/gallery/image/9587-american-eagle-2/ Frank’s raven pattern can be found here: https://www.scrollsawvillage.com/forums/topic/46499-raven-on-branch-against-moon/#comment-493974
