Danny :+} Danny, I just used High Gloss Rust-Oleum Spray paint so that it would withstand the weather on my front porch wall where it is mounted. The material is 5mm thick RevolutionPly which is a Primed material that is used for under layment for flooring. It cuts like a dream, has minimal fuzzies on the bottom of the board and the wood is strong enough to support small cut outs so that they don't break off as you are continuing to cut out the rest of the project! Cost at most lumber yards is about $20 to $25 for a 4' X 8' sheet. I'm sold on it and I don't forsee me buying any more Baltic Birch Plywood! Dick Quote
