Has anyone made/built a circle sanding jig? I need to sand the outside edge of scroll saw projects.

Check out Steve good's videos on YouTube, I'm sure he has one on there.

Edit .... I just looked, I didn't see it but found many others just search circle sanding jig.

Here is what I use.  Very basic.  Of coarse with this on you have to have a center hole in the working piece.  You can drill holes in the slider to fit the hole in your circle.  O used this mainly when making wheels and gears.  works pretty well, but downside only on something you are willing to have a center hole in.

Paul, could you please let me know, what happens to the tightening knob, when you flip the jig over to use the jig? Does it not get stuck, right in the way of things?

I only use that jig on my disc belt sander.  It has a small table. The knob is set far enough back to miss the table.  I loosen it so the slider will slide, put the jig on the table, and set the slide to slide the project up to the sander, then reach under and tighten the knob.  The knob bolt screws up against the slider and holds it in place.  I do not flip the jig over, the first picture is the jug set in place the last picture is just to show what the bottom of the jig looks like.
