Popular Post Scrollshrimp
Made this Bat for Halloween earlier today. The pattern is courtesy of Scrollsaw Workshop. I then drilled 2 small holes and added 2 red LED's for the eyes. A small 3V watch battery powers them. Alan. May have posted this in the wrong section, apologies. Karl S
Do you have more information as to where to get the L.E.D's? I am not familiar with the L.E.D Lamps. OCtoolguy

Charlie E
I love it. I'd like to know where to get the lights also.
Scrollshrimp
Thanks for the kind comments, I purchased the LED's (or Light Emitting Diodes) to give them their correct name from Amazon. They are very cheap to buy and come in various colours. The ones I used were 5mm but other sizes are available. The LED has 2 legs, the longer one is the positive and the shorter one is the negative connection. I soldered the 2 positive legs together and the 2 negative legs together, then simply connected a 3V watch battery to power them. I have included a picture of some green and white LED's. I hope this helps, Alan. bobscroll and ChelCass
