Stack cut it with 1/8" for 2 copies. 1/4" backer and Gloss lacquer. I'll Keep one and one will go to one of my nautical buddies. munzieb Posted October 17, 2022 Author Report Share Posted October 17, 2022 Thanks for all the kind comments. I do like this project and I enjoy the end results. It took me a few hours every day for a week to complete. I get a little burnout on any project that takes over a week but I did get 2 done at the same time by stack cutting. I realized after I pulled the pattern off that I had missed a few holes! Hard to notice. After the cutting, it doesn't take me more that and hour + to mount and fame the plaques. Got that down to a science. This project is all about persistance. Its mostly all straight cuts and it can be a little tedious but I did one sail at a time.
