Giraffes and T Rex Puzzles

These are two more of the puzzles I made for the Grandkids. 

The Giraffes were made from Quarter sawn Sycamore.  I wish that I had shaped the Giraffes but the Grandkids love the puzzle.

The T Rex puzzle was one of my favorites with the tree and volcanoes in the background.  

The Giraffes and T Rex are designs from Judy and Dave Peterson.  I have made many of their puzzles for the Grandkids.

I do not sell puzzles and have absolutely no interest in doing so.

I have respect for those who do sell as it is not an easy business.  

If anyone is interested in trying something like this, I would be glad to share how I do it.

I would encourage people to try things with their puzzles.  Shaping is easy and does not require any expensive equipment.  Adding the background is also very easy.  I tried to use natural wood colors but when that was not enough, I used acrylic paints and finished with Shellac.
