Gene Howe Posted January 14, 2023 Report Posted January 14, 2023 Excellent cutting. My lightly used De Walt 788 was a gift from my BIL who never used it. IDK how he acquired it. At any rate, I'm slowly getting acquainted with it. One of the books I bought after I got the saw was one of Carol Rothmans bowls and boxes book. That, and YouTube videos about bowls and vases have me throughly fascinated. Once I get more proficient at simple flat work, containers are high on my list. But, then there's intarsia and, inlays and, compound cutting and the list keeps growing. I really need to get my ADD under control. Although, at 82 years of age, that may be a lost cause. Quote
