Popular Post Charlie E
Another Lord Of The Rings piece. I did one like this a few years ago only smaller. This one is about 11" X 15". We're redoing our spare bedroom and I wanted a bigger one to put above my Grandfather's old dresser. (Actually, my bedroom. We sleep better that way. ) It doubles as the Grandkid's room when they're over so my wife came up with the idea of the art hangers over the righthand bed. I also built the beds a couple of weeks ago. I also have my reading corner in this room that I posted a picture of the other day. I feel like I'm in The Shire. wombatie
Another good one Charlie. Nice looking room. Terry and I have separate beds but in the same room, I have really bad reflux so I have what is essentially a hospital type bed, so that when the reflux is bad the bed goes up, it works really well. Marg I also have pretty bad reflux. I was on Prilosec for a while and it worked great but they took me off of it due to some possible side affects so now I eat antacids every day. heppnerguy
Charlie, sorry to hear about your problem. Is it possibly from how and what you eat? I am so sorry to hear that you have that problem. My wife has that problem also but it is due to a high lateral hernia. I know the name of her problem is not exactly what it is called and I have never understood what the doctors called it so it is just a guess, but most people seem to understand what I mean by it. In her case they will not to anything to fix it. I like the great job you did on your plaque, as i always enjoy seeing what you make. Thanks for posting Dick heppnerguy Charlie E

Thanks for posting Dick heppnerguy I’m sure it has a lot to do with my diet as I don’t really eat healthy, but it’s triggered by so many things I’m not sure if it would be worth it to cut it all out. I need to eat better, but I’m also a big believer in enjoying life since none of us are getting out of here alive.

Some it is smoking, some eating or over eating, some Alcohol, others drugs.. some just not getting any exercise. For me it is mostly not drinking enough water. Our health should be our most important focus but it's not for most of us. We have turned into a society of poor choices in our lives. We pay the price of such but we can't seem to always do what we know we need to do. Then there are those that are really focused on their health and do everything they can to only what they know is correct to maintain good health and they end up dying early do to cancer or some generic thing they have no way to control. None of us have any guarantees for a long healthy life. I am a particularly lucky guy as I am almost 83 years old and my health is excellent. I just feel really blessed and also understand I could be dead tomorrow. I hope you find some relief from your problems.
