Popular Post Denny Knappen
Miniature Birdhouse Ornaments pattern by the late Diana Thompson. The wood for the birdhouses is Basswood and for the little birds, Purpleheart. Cut on the Pegas Scroll Saw using Pegas #6 Super Skip blade. After sanding with a Mac Mop, dipped in diluted Shellac, then sanded again. Comments welcome. scrollingforsanity, MarieC, GrampaJim and 10 others

Gonzo
Yes, very nice! I carve a lot of spoons out of basswood. How does it cut on the scrollsaw? scrollingforsanity
Dak0ta52
Exceptional, Denny. I don't know if my big fumbling fingers could handle working with that small of pieces. scrollingforsanity

rdatelle
Nice Denny, I have those patterns also. Cut quite a few of them and gave them all away. Have to cut a few more I guess. Never used Bass wood. Have to try it. How did the #6 blade work out. Haven't tried them yet. scrollingforsanity

I now prefer #6 Super Skip for compound cutting. scrollingforsanity
