I enlarged the pattern by 30% to fit 1/4" x 10" square Baltic Birch plywood. Cut on the Pegas Scroll Saw using #1 MGT blades. Pilot holes drilled with #68 HSS twist drill bits. Sanded with a Mac Mop and finished with two coats spray Lacquer Clear Gloss. They are quite attractive to look at and people who see them seem to always be amazed wit wonderment. A project to be proud to display and it is useful at the same time.
