Am new here and am wondering if and can or should i delete the post when i am satisfied. Also is there any where that explains all the various features of the forum?

Please don't delete your posts. Your questions and comments are what ads value to SSV. Many times, others are having the same trouble you are and would benefit greatly from the responses. Plus, if you delete a post, it throws the entire thread out of context and make it hard to understand and read. So please don't delete your posts.

There's a couple places you can look. This has some basic info on posting attachments, uploading pictures and using your user gallery, and how to download patterns from the Pattern Library:

For other basic info on the forum software, you can check the FAQ link in the tan bar next to your Login/Loggout button. You can find it here:
