I think the frame is interesting, and I mean that in a very complementary way. Sam does have some fun and relatively easy patterns. I especially like what he did with the State's patterns. Be sure and check them all out. The frame is really not a frame but rather a simple four pieces of straight sticks of wood glued onto the front sides of the scrolled piece.
