Tornado Damage and a couple simple plaques

I havent been in the shop as much these last few days. My sons house got hit during these Mississippi tornados so my wood working has been with a chainsaw and a backhoe. His family was good, no major structure damage but he did lose both vehicles.

I have managed to make a couple little saying plaques. Hope you all made it through any storms okay.

Great job on the word plaques, Tbow. I'm happy you family is safe from the storms. We were fortunate in that they had pretty much exhausted themselves before they reached NC.

I don't know if you can really call that a pattern but yes. All of my plaques I design myself in photoshop. If you want one, I can email it or post it.

If you would post it I would appreciate.  I suspect others would like it as well.  It is beautiful in its' simplicity.

Better the vehicles then the house. Still a difficult loss. Being without one's vehicles has got to be very hard. Those trees were guided away from the house, Thank you God. So sad when one gets hit by nature this way, but so thankful, most of all, that everyone is OK.

They do if you have full coverage insurance. Only his car was covered. Not his truck.

Sorry to hear about your Son's damage.  Glad it was limited and that no one was hurt. Some beautiful signs you have crafted.
