oleranger
I hate to admit this, but I can't find the manual for my Excalibur EX-21. I have had the saw for about a year and I love it. I'm concerned with and about maintenance. Is there some sort of maintenance I should be doing with this saw? I don't know where to go to get another manual, so am posing the question here. Also, when I raise the arm to change blades, it won't stay in the upright on it's own; I have to hold it up. Is there some sort of adjustment that I can make to have the arm stay in upright position as I change blades. Anyone that has a manual that can give me a cast up on these questions is greatly appreciated. Max aka oleranger
tvman44
You can get a copy of it in .pdf format on line, don't remember where I found it but I have a copy. If you would like I can send a copy of the .pdf to your E_Mail address.

This probably needs to be reposted in the General Scroll Sawing section of the forum if you want to get any replies.. Meanwhile I would say maybe check the motor brushes to see what kind of shape they're in... Probably wouldn't hurt to just replace them as they might look okay but maybe the spring is weak. I'm no electric motor guru at all so I suggest posting a new topic in the other section.
