scrollerpete
Made myself a stand for my scrollsaw so I can cut outside. It is on castors (2 that can lock) so easy to move around and also I made a 10 degrees incline so it is nice and comfy to use, added a drawer for my blades and what not, so it is real nice to just open the garage door and enjoy the nice weather ChelCass, MarieC, jollyred and 2 others
rafairchild2
Very cool, though I would worry about my knees as I get pretty up close and personal to my saw. OCtoolguy
MarieC
Pete, Wow! I really like that....Richard has a point about the knees, but I guess I wouldn't have a problem with that. I do love your drawer. Hmmm, I might need to make something like that....Love the EX, too? Is it an EX 21? OCtoolguy
Dak0ta52
Nice, Pete. Unlike the others, I'm tall enough that the width wouldn't be a problem for me. My legs are long enough to straddle the stand. ChelCass and OCtoolguy
Richard Hotchkiss
looks great Pete! I have done the same thing with many of my tools such as the planner, table saw, bandsaws, lathe and scroll saw. Just wheel them outside on the deck and use and then back inside the shop when finished with all the mess staying outside. You did a great job! I can easily roll either of my Excaliburs outdoors and they both have their own onboard dust control systems. When inside the shop they hook up to a Fein vac. I do like the idea of a 10 degree tilt. I hinged the tops of the stands to enable that but have never done it. Don't ask why. Just haven't. Gene Howe and heppnerguy
