I am not sure how small you are talking about but there are doll house sizes at Hobby Lobby....

I bought a small picture frame the same size as a small clock. About 1 1/4” same place I got the clock

I got some at The Wooden Teddy Bear.

There are several sizes available online. I use 1-7/16" in my Christmas ornaments that fit a 1-3/8" hole. Wooden Teddy Bear is the best price that I found.

1-3/8 inch is what the pattern says, but I could adjust to fit.
