However, the use of MDF for the cut panel and frame, to me, was a poor choice. If cut and framed in nice looking wood and properly finished, the progect would have been something that would be proud to display for many years to come. Painted MDF will collect dust, is easily marred, and can be affected adversely by humidity over a relatively short time. Quote
