What a cool idea to help someone reduce or stop smoking. I tried many times to reduce or stop. Even tried hypnotizing, which didn't work. Finally went cold turkey. Was tough but made it. That was over 20 years ago. Don't remember the exact because I tried so many times. Best of luck to your friend. 

Your craftsmanship really shows in this project. I hope your friend knows what a good friend he has in you. I salute you.

Thank you Ron. I made this project unplanned and on its own. The only planned thing was the hinges. I even made them from wooden materials.

Great idea, beautiful craftsmanship, and you picked just the right piece of wood. Love it! Can you make something to limit the number of Dr Peppers also.
