Never Forget

[Jim Blume]

From the ashes of a tragedy
and a pile of rubble deep
from mountains piled
with twisted steel
a woeful people weep

then somewhere came
a ray of ray of hope
amidst the shattered dreams
as these men came out
and stood upon
all those broken beams

Yes Norm, I wrote the poem.  I did the pattern a few years ago and took the time a few days ago to clean it up a little. Thank you.

Love the work. If you will allow me I would like to also add a plaque I made back then to commemorate that event. The tragic loss of life continues on even today as we look back to that horrific day. We Must Never Forget !
