Mick
This is my latest cutting and not one of my better ones. 19 louvers with 1/32" wood between them on the hood. Does anyone have a tip or idea as to how I should have cut them? 1/8" birch plywood, 1/8" luan door skin for the backer, oak frame. Model A's were made from 1928 until 1931. I believe this is a 29 or 30. THe step plate on the running board is throwing me off. Trivia for the old timers on here. Where was the choke handle located on the model A's? amazingkevin
She's a real beauty! i could'nt see the louvers asa it would not enlarge for me.Maybe you might need to lay some thin wood next to each louver to cut as a holddown so they don't vibrate and break.but i'd love to hang it on a wall if i had it.you must love cars to have done such a nice job on this one!
