Dak0ta52
Welcome form North Carolina. Blades can make a big difference on cutting along a line. Even the same brand and size may differ slightly. Practice, practice, practice. You'll get the hang of it. Yes, we love seeing pictures. rafairchild2
Welcome aboard!! Here's a tip for you that I gave recently, that you might find helpful as you learn the craft. Quote One of the tricks I learned is to try and cut as much as possible with the "waste" area to the right of my blade. I use Flying Dutchman and noticed that it favors the right side, and that's where it will drift to. I find I have the best control and best lines using this rule. Plus, if I screw up, most of the time it will be in the waste area and not the "live" area. Mistycat
jerry walters
Another welcome from Colorado. You will be surprised the amount of help you will receive from the folks here. Like you, I too had a scroll saw for years and would use it occasionally. Not until I retired did it spend time really learning this craft. Still learning.
