Popular Post Dak0ta52 Posted October 29, 2023 Popular Post Report Posted October 29, 2023 This is a Jim Blume pattern cut from 1/4-inch Baltic Birch stained natural with a Birch backer stained Ebony. The frame is pre-fab framing material cut to size. The piece has four coats of Polyacrylic with light sanding with 320-grit sandpaper between coats. I primarily used Pegas 2/0 spiral blades with a few Pegas 2/0 MGT blades in a few areas. Overall it was a really fun cut. Thanks again, Jim Blume, for a great pattern. heppnerguy Posted October 29, 2023 Report Posted October 29, 2023 I have a good friend that likes my projects and as a result I have made several for him on his birthday. We have coffee at in his open garage every morning. Because he spends so much of his time sitting in his garage, he choose to hang my work in it so others can see and enjoy them too. Of all the pieces he has there now, this Jim Blume bass is his favorite. I am sure this one you just finished will one day also be the favorite one for whom ever gets it. Your work is always so nice and this one is no exception. Beautifully done. Dick heppnerguy Dak0ta52 and danny 1 1 Quote
