Popular Post Dak0ta52 Posted November 7, 2023 Popular Post Report Posted November 7, 2023 This is one of Grampa's patterns I cut over the weekend. The piece is 1/4-inch Baltic Birch with Natural stain, and the 1/4-inch Birch backer is stained Ebony. The frame is pre-fab framing material cut to size. The actual cutting is 8X10. This was a fun project although very time consuming with all the little cuts. I primarily used Pegas 2/0 spiral blades but had to drop to a Flying Dutchman 3/0 spiral for some of the smaller holes. Once cut the piece was very stable and you don't have to worry about "tender" areas that might fall or break out. Phantom Scroller, ChelCass, DickMira and 9 others 12 Quote
