The Flu Bowl

Well I came down with the Flu, so what do you do? I decide after sitting and sleeping in the recliner to go out and paste a pattern for a bowl on a piece of wood. I guess it didn't stop there as you can see. Made out of 1 1/4 birch countertop plained down to 7/8 then cut and put together.

Of course it did. I was done with the Flu after 2 days thanks to the scroll saw.

I see what cured his flu.  It was the finishing of the wood with hand rubbed seasoning and assorted hot sauces. 

This is a nice bowl I love the grain.

That seasoning makes the hot sauce cry. It is Carolina Reapers, Ghost Peppers and Habeneros that we grow, dry out and grind into a dust. It sure does cure what ails you especially when you put a dash in your cup of coffee!!
