northampton scroller Posted May 25, 2012 Report Share Posted May 25, 2012 As most excalibur owners will know the grub screws keep coming loose, they can be a real pain. I have come across a very cheap solution while trawling the web and it works "NAIL VARNISH". Take out the screw dab some nail varnish on it replace.I have done this and have had over 70hrs cutting and it works a dream. By the way I use shocking pink but then it suits me. When I had my excalibur i had the same problem and initially used plumbers tape with some success but the best solution in the end was locktite. Pleased you have found your own solution.
