Sycamore67
Excellent work.... that is a lot of work and came out beautifully. The details are so good !! Was there a reason you picked this car ? I did a Model A with many hours in it and understand the effort it takes. I built mine because my dad and I restored a 1929 Model A. I like the case you built and need to build a similar one. Did you use glass or plexiglass for the sides ? Edited March 19 by Sycamore67 Spelling beaver

I had also built a model of my 2008 kia Sportage that I owned at the time. It won 2nd prize in *Scroll saw Woodworking &Crafts* magazine's 2016 People's Choice Awards. I used glass for the cover and plexiglass for the sides. Just added a few pics of my Google Sketup drawings, thought it might help to give you an idea how to build your case. The finished one is actually the second model because the first one I was working on , which was about halfway done , accidently fell off my workbench and ended up on floor in a dozen or so pieces, lol.
